The hotel is very modern, clean, the staff really kind, smiling and helpful. We had an early check in and a late check out for which we were not asked to pay even 1 more rmb. When we arrived at the hotel we had also a complimentary espresso at the lobby and it was also a good one (which is not that easy here in China). Last but not least, the location is exceptional!

The staff was excellent, it was clean and welcoming, and the bed was fantastically comfortable. Not too soft like American beds, nor too hard like many Chinese beds, and the pillows were big and fluffy. The bathroom was a good size, clean, with a large shower, and western style toilets. The breakfast was good and the little shop was useful for snacks. The location was amazing, just across the street from the drum tower and Muslim quarter, with easy access to everything. Loved it!

A. The hotel is just next to hype surroundings, i.e. (1) Tang dynasty walk (full of eateries, entertainments etc.); this pedestrian walk will lead to the Wild Goose Pagoda. (2) walkable distance to Tang Dynasty garden where you can watch light shows, and many more interesting touristy places. B. The hotel staffs may not be able to comprehend / converse fluently in english, but they are really helpful and courteous. They went to many miles to help me sorting out my daily outings (i.e. booking shaanxi museum ticket, etc.). C. The room is marvelous, which comes with separate room for clothings. Beddings are top notch, and design of the room is refined. No hint of smoke smell at all. I would recommend you opting for room not facing the entertainment road if you prefer quieter night.

This was our first stay at an Angsana property. It is accessible by Didi, taxi from the Xian North station - takes about 40-45 mins. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Room booking on Booking.com didn’t include the Hot springs so you have to pay for access. But the swimming pool is included. Remember to take a swim cap as you need it to enter the pool or you can buy one there.. Breakfast had an amazing spread! Western and Chinese food options. Hot springs are surely the highlight of the hotel. There are about 20-25 hot springs and service is amazing. Hotel is about 10km from the Terracotta warriors and 4km roughly from the Song of everlasting sorrow show. We took didi taxi for both these places from the hotel so very convenient. The hotel reception staff were extremely kind and friendly, patient with us asking so many questions as we didn’t arrange a guide this time around!

Breakfast was wonderful, a good selection of Western items in addition to typical Chinese fair. Location was good, close to a subway stop and in a part of town where there's lots to do. The indoor pool was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel and it was perfect. The kids went swimming three times. My husband and I also enjoyed the hot tubs, and I enjoyed the workout room both mornings. The staff was the most notable part of our stay. Everyone from front desk to maids was polite, friendly, and helpful. Because our original two rooms had emergency features that needed to be checked, the hotel moved us to different rooms our second night, upgrading us to a suit connected to another room. Our kids were delighted beyond belief. They thought having a living room and two bedrooms was so much fun. My husband and I didn't mind either. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
