This couple just opened and it is wonderful, absolutely a recommendation if you want to stay in the Winterberg area. Rooms are nice, good breakfast and both really nice people. Easy to walk out and walk into the woods for a hike or go to the ski lift that is also close by. We will definitely come back!

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, mit allem, was man so braucht. Spielekonsole, Netflix auf beiden TVs, WLAN - alles da. Das Haus mit ca. 70 Apartments war sehr leer, in der Tiefgarage waren meist nur 5 Autos. Umso schöner, da wir den Pool und die Sauna fast immer für uns alleine hatten.

Staff is very nice. The same guy - the hotel owner or his son - was working as a receptionist, a cook and a cleaner and he was doing it all very good. The breakfast was fantastic. It was also a great pleasure to talk with him. And the view from my room's window was astonishing.

Very nice and comfortable vacation house with everything needed for a great stay. The house was very clean and comfortable. The garden is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and the living room and kitchen are well equipped. The host was very nice and responsive to any questions we had. The location was great (1 minute walk from the Bike Park) Perfect stay!

Extremely well appointed for the bikepark, pumptrack and bike hire, 1 minute by foot, the Kletterwald 3 mins by foot. The entire apartment is furnished to a high level of comfort. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with the basics in store to cook from fresh, a welcome bonus and saves bringing the basics. Plentiful crockery to save using the dishwasher too often and everywhere was spotlessly clean and the bedrooms well furnished with plentiful hanging and drawer space. The living room is furnished to feel homely and comfortable, with lots of nice touches. The bathroom was spotless and felt freshly renovated and extremely well maintained. The balcony is comfortable for 3/4, unfortunately the weather did not allow us to eat outside. We found the beds on the harder side but that was perfect for us.

The apartment has lots to like including a great location, easy parking, well appointed and incredibly clean. The hosts have made the whole process of staying completely painless from a smooth (digital) checkin process, clear instructions on getting into the apartment and helpful reminders during the stay. My 3 year old particularly appreciated the bunk beds, books, games and the all important toy car playset.

Bang in the centre of town, easy to find, tricky to park though, fortunately I'm on a motorcycle. Pleasant staff and a plentiful breakfast. I would stay again.
