The apartment was perfect for our family of four! The beds were very comfortable. While resting in the room, we were able to watch Netflix on two modern TVs (Samsung). the living area also had a Bluetooth speaker that we used to listen to music. Being a small unit, the kitchen was small but it’s fully equipped: stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher. And a grocery store close enough for us to buy snacks and items to make breakfast. If you stay here, you can get up early in the morning and walk around the corner to go see the waterfalls before it gets crowded. We also had a reserved parking spot to park our rental car, which made it very convenient. Our host had very detailed instructions (with pictures)for everything starting with getting into our unit, to operating TV, washer/dryer, etc. Also lots of useful information on activities, restaurants and other essentials in the area. We had a great experience and would recommend this place for your Switzerland visit

The hosts are amazing and kind. We have been in lots of hotels and homestays before, and the attentiveness of Chalet Elza is really outstanding. We love the location of the property, the cleaness and the amenities (bbq, outside seating area...)
