Rez Guesthouse is everything you want in a home away from home. Friendly management, great room and facilities, and beautiful and comfortable common areas. This was one of our two favorite places during our two-week holiday all over Namibia.

The host is absolutely fantastic and very welcoming. The house is huge with nice lounges, a beautiful indoor swimming pool and bar, a big garden with fire place and big clean rooms and bathrooms. If you feel cramped in this place, you must live in a palace. They also have a secure parking (you get a remote to open the door) so you don't have to park in the street. The house is in a very good neighbourhood but a bit away from the 'center'. Although I haven't seen a real center in Walvis Bay.
