Very spacious and very clean. Was able to accommodate my family with tons of extra space. We loved the shower in the master bedroom everybody wanted to use it. I would definitely stay here again! Great location only 7 miles from siesta key beach where we spent the day.

We stayed to be at Nathan Benderson everyday, the location was 15 minutes out. Very centrally located to go see beach, art walk, down town and all kinds of unique restaurants in Sarasota. QUIET! We visited other friends locations and from curb appeal to in the house and the back yard, The Gray House was the best. I worked remote one day and the internet did not lag or cutout once.

Awesome place! Very clean and well taken care of. We desired to stay on the beach and couldn’t find a place but luckily this place wasn’t to far from any of the beaches and restaurants. We very much enjoyed our anniversary trip at the contemporary cottage!
