nice quiet location, not overlooked by other properties, pool is great depth for kids, fully enclosed property with fence and gate all the way around. air condiction it worked really well, very clean and lots of towels.

It is a nice villa, composed of 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, plus an open space kitchen and living room with a sofa. The pool is very clean but it can become crowded, as other guests have access to it as well (there are 9 villas in total sharing the pool). Kastelir is a small village, with a few restaurants and shops. Supermarkets can be found close to Porec, 10-15 minuts driving. Overall we were happy with our stay here, we had everything we needed and we were able to explore the entire Istria.

Die Villa Flamingo ist ein wunderschönes unglaublich schön gelegenes Haus in Mitten einer wunderbaren Region. Absolute Ruhelage, umgeben von Wiesen, Olivenhainen und Weinbergen, mit Blick aufs Meer in der wunderschönen Ortschaft Kastelir. Die Villa Flamingo lässt keine Wünsche übrig, top ausgestattet, es wurde wirklich an alles gedacht, die Villa ist sehr modern und stylisch und mit sehr viel Geschmack und nagelneu eingerichtet, die Betten sind soo bequem. Das Haus ist mit einer Sauna ausgestattet hat im ganzen Haus Fußbodenheizung und ist auch in der Vor- und Nachsaison ein Traumdomizil. Wir können die Villa Flamingo nur jedem empfehlen. Ein absoluter Geheimtipp!

Der Parkplatz für die Autos war hervorragend besonders das automatische Tor. Die Außenanlage war sehr gut gepflegt besonders hervorzuheben war der Pool ca. 3x9m und das super klare Wasser ca. 26 grad. Sonnenliegen und Sonnenschirme waren ausreichend vorhanden .Wenn Probleme da waren, wurden sie sofort behoben. Besonders der Service ist hervorragend ,es waren alle Handtücher für die Küche,Bad,Pool vorhanden und zum wechseln, das gleiche gilt für die Bettwäsche. Bei heißen Tagen war die gut funktionierende Klimaanlage hervorragend. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Im Wohnzimmer Satelliten TV mit allen deutschen Sendern. Mehrere Restaurants waren fussläufig ca. 400m zu erreichen. Man konnte ihm Ort alles Einkaufen was man brauchte. Wir waren im ganzen sehr zufrieden und komme bestimmt wieder.
