This was the PERFECT little apartment for us! We were traveling with my 92 year old stepdad ... brought him via the train from Portland up to Surrey, B.C. with us so he could visit his disabled daughter (my stepsister) in a retirement home nearby. All my sister wanted to do was to be able to have us take her out of the home she is in and to somehow go grocery shopping and prepare a meal with us when we were there visiting because she has no ability to do this in the residential facility she is in (no kitchens for the patients). It meant a lot to her to do this! So we were able to pick her up in her wheelchair and bring her to the Urban Forest Suite apartment where we all got to cook and share a meal together. It was just right! Beds were comfortable; host was very kind and helpful... We would love to stay again. Very private, quiet at the end of the road, too - happy to have found this unique apartment and such a nice host.
