Esperides was exceptionally clean, comfortable and in the heart of Syvota. I was warmly welcomed and there were all kindof free goodies for me to consume. I will definitely go back when I next visit Syvota.

This place is amazing! The house is beautiful, brand new and very comfortable. We spent mornings having breakfast on the balcony with a beautiful view and evenings on the main floor while watching the sunset. The house has literally everything that you need and more. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven. Even upstairs has a little kitchen where we made our coffee every morning. The beach is literally down the street and it’s a 10-15 minute walk into town. The host is a very, very kind person ready to help and always wanting us to be comfortable. This is real Greek hospitality. The place is also quiet and super relaxing. We were very happy here! Great value!

The house is very sweet and clean, and there was even some food for breakfast waiting for us in the fridge. Lina’s husband was incredibly helpful and friendly and even took us to different places by car so we wouldn’t have to walk, and brought us back to Igoumenitsa’s port for a cheaper price than a taxi. I would definitely go back and really recommend this place.

Excellent location, super clean, comfortable with private parking and a great view of the beach! Aircondition available in both rooms, renovated bathroom, balcony with a great view of the Mega Ammos beach, which is literally in walking distance. The host is amazing, so helpful with both arrival and departure times. The large fridge is also a big plus.

The owner was very friendly, kind and welcoming even offering to give us a tour around the area. We had an amazing comfortable quiet stay with our dog, really enjoyed the studio, the privacy and that everything was sparkling! We highly recommend it and will definitely choose this place in our next visit to Syvota!

Stunning location overlooking town and harbor. We enjoyed just sitting on the upper balcony and observing the beautiful scenery, the sea and the lights below. The apartment was spacious and spotlessly clean. It seemed well managed and meeting for keys etc., was very punctual.. Location made it an easy and quick 3 minute walk to town including restaurants and harbor and essentially everything Syvota has to offer..

The house is in pristine condition - everything clean and new. It has three or even four little terraces, with the one of the top floor enjoying a splendid view over the bay. Beds are comfy, everything works fine. Very short walking distance to Mega Ammos beach which is one of the most popular in the area - and even closer to the rock beach of the Hotel Mikro Paradisos where you can jump directly into the sea for a pre-breakfast swim. Excellent communication with friendly host, Romina, whom I wish a lot of success in the future.

The accommodation is near the beach. The host is very kind. He gave us information about the beaches we must visit, suggested renting a boat and brought us a handmade cake. Also, we got a beautiful sweet wine. All recommendations.
