Georgios has created an amazing place to unwind in luxury with the family in a beautiful location in the hills outside Rethymno. The gardens and the pool are very nicely done. Fresh vegetables and herbs from the garden. Outdoor cooking area, and many places to relax in the sun or shade. The house itself is stunning, with detailed finish and high wooden beamed ceilings. Very beautiful bedrooms. The kitchen is great, everything you might need. Georgios is an outstanding host and made us feel very welcome and took time through our stay to offer us warm friendship and advice on travel and activities. Great place, only 15 mins drive from Rethymno Old Town, close to local villages with excellent taverns serving beautiful locally sourced Cretan food. Easy to get to beaches on the south of the island. Great stay.
