The room was very nicely decorated, very clean, the bathroom quite large. The bed was comfortable, nice pillows. I could not find any drawbacks to the accommodation. Parking was sufficient for the entire guests, secured parking and with easy access. The hosts were nice and helpful. Overall, BIG LIKE on my behalf!

Very warm host, was able to share some very good restaurant suggestions for vising the nearby seaside cities. Decent breakfast, although nothing special. Good view from the very large balcony at the front of the property, overlooking the parking lot. Heated rooms came in very handy during the fall season, and there was also A/C.

I spent about 4 days with my family and we loved the garden, with hammocks and hidden sweet places to relax and hide from the heat at noon, or the nice garden tables where we had breakfast. Also we found unexpected amount of amenities in the room and bathroom. The room was very clean, with a nice view to the garden. We had a kitchen available, clean and with all needed accessories, which I appreciated because i like to prepare something warm at breakfast for my kid. The owners are very friendly and ready to support us.

Очень тихое место! Сбежали сюда после недельного отдыха в Мамае с ночными дискотеками под окнами, которые заканчивались около пяти утра в пятницу и субботу. До ближайших пляжей 5-6 километров, поэтому нужен автомобиль. Пляж "23 August Beach" практически "дикий" похож на пляжи между Ильичёвском и Санжейкой, здесь можно купить свежую рыбу (бычки, ставрида) у местных рыбаков, когда они приходят с моря. Немного южнее есть "культурный" пляж с зонтиками, шезлонгами, ресторанами и т.д. Оценки немного завысил, надеюсь начинающие хозяева подтянутся в плане чистоты и мелкого ремонта. За эти деньги вы получаете большой дом.
