I was hesitant about booking this place but in the end it was great for a sleepover. The host was welcoming and communicative, and very helpful whenever I needed something. The room is on the 2nd floor in a not so nice building, but it's save, clean and there is even hot water, a refrigerator, and AC. Good value for money.

From the moment we stepped in, we really felt at home there. The check-in process was smooth. The Host thoughtfulness made a huge difference. He was super accommodating and did a great job communicating throughout the time leading up to our trip in a very easy and prompt way. The place has an excellent view, it is spacious, quiet and with a very convenient location. It is accesible and near to everywhere one wants to be: entertaining, transportation, pharmacies, supermarkets, banks, rent car, shopping, restaurants, Etc. We found extremely convenient that the host had plenty of water in a water cooler dispenser. We also loved the fact that he already had Netflix installed on the flat screen TV.

The host Bolivar was on time and made sure that I was well settled in the apartment before he left. I was attracted to this apartment because it was completely modern, well-appointed, and centrally located. It is in close proximity to many upscale restaurants, shopping centers, bars, and supermarkets. Underground parking was free and the roof-top pool was awesome. The apartment was professionally designed with high-end furniture, fixtures, and appliances, inclusive of w/d. A very large bedroom with a king-size bed, a walk-in shower, and a huge walk-in closet. I will be back Bolivar. You put your guests FIRST..!! I PROMISE YOU, I will BE BACK..!!.
