Everything. Our room was private, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. The owner(forgot his name) was very accommodating and gave us great advice on places to visit. We loved the village and accommodations, and would definitely recommend and consider visiting again.

Cottage was beautiful. The hosts had thought of everything. My husband particularly appreciated the coffee machine and pods. There was a fresh loaf, organic butter and fresh eggs in a basket, and some organic milk in the fridge. The garden was really lovely. There was a barbecue too, which we did use. Painswick is a very pretty village and the cottage is situated across from the church and it’s famous 99 Yew trees. Little shop and a very nice pub within a few yards too. Perfect.

The facilities were fine. It was close to the Rococo Garden and near Slad, the Laurie Lee trail. Painswick is a beautiful village with an interesting Church. It is near Stroud Station by taxi.

The Upper Manse flat was perfect for our Cotswalds weekend! It had a perfect balance of English country charm with the modern conveniences. It was perfect to have parking on site, laundry available and plenty of comfortable clean rooms for a family with 3 young adult kids. the Great Oak Room pub down the road was a great end to our days, and we were centrally located for our day trip to Castle Combe, Cirencester, and Bourton on the Water. There were great little touches like old books about the Cotswalds and info about groceries and brunch nearby. I would recommend anyone who wants to be in the area to visit the Upper Manse flat!

This B&B was absolutely amazing, and we wish we could have stayed longer. We had to book it last minute when another canceled on us. We did not do as much research as we had done on our other accommodation, but were happily surprised when we pulled up to the gate. each moment after was better than the last. The quality way out ways anything we could have expected. we will definitely be recommending this to our friends and family and will be returning soon for another stay.
