Francesca (the owner) was amazing. Great hospitality. Highly recommended. Modica is magical. Exceptionally clean rooms, wifi was working just fine. The terrace was really handy, nice to have the option to relax outside your room! We had a car, and i was worried about finding parking, but in 3 days, we never had an issue to find a spot on the street (within few meters from the residence).

Floriana, the host, was incredibly available to answer all our questions and requests nicely and promptly. The welcome gift and the discount "passport" were also a very nice touch. The apartment is located inside an elegant building at the end of an alley, next to one of the main streets of the city. Having two TVs, one in the living room and one in the bedroom is also pretty comfortable.

This was by far the best stay we had in Sicily. The room was phenomenal (called 'Time') with incredibly comfortable beds and A/C! We underestimated the use for the jacuzzi, as we visited in August (when it was insane hot), however in the evening it cooled off and we were pleasantly surprised with the jacuzzi and beautiful garden space upstairs. Would highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Modica! Couldn't be a better location. The staff was also super helpful in allowing us to do some laundry on site.

La Terrazza Dell'Ittria offers staggering views over the old town of Modica-- something out of a dream. Breakfast also excellent and varied, the manager extremely friendly and inviting, and the room comfortable, functional, and big. A climb to get from the commercial center back to the hotel, but that's part of the enjoyment. The best place to stay when in Modica-- waking up to the astounding views is really magic.

The property was darling, in a quaint back street courtyard with flower boxes. There were restaurants within walking distance within the neighborhood. The host was so helpful, picked us up at the train station, gave us lots of directions, maps, and ideas for exploring the city. it was a very pleasant stay.
