This place has absolutely the most breathtaking view of an accommodation we have had anywhere—and my husband and I travel the world. It’s the kind you’ll be looking forward to going home to at the end of the day, or waking up to, or just looking out from while reading a book from inside the cozy cabin. The dome itself is so clean and cozy (we got the large dome with two rooms). It’s the type you would want to stay in and not leave for the whole day! And the owner, Manuel, is so hospitable and attentive to our needs. He even gave us a nice bottle of sparkling wine for Christmas Eve. It’s also nice to have daily cleaning, which we didn’t expect since it’s more of a cabin than a hotel. It’s also perfect that it’s a mere five-minute drive from the city so you have access to everything you need, but the property itself is in the midst of nature and has a fantastic view of the lake so you’ll feel truly in paradise. Book nowhere else—the in-city options or even other cabins can’t compare!

That it was well positioned in a quiet residential neighborhood, close to the heart of Castro. Plus, all areas of Chiloe Island are easily reached from this central location. Nice to be able to stay multiple nights in the same comfortable facility.
