we want to thank you and your family for your kindness, we enjoyed our stay a lot, the house is very cosy and cleanliness is 100 percent, definitely recommend this property. it is situated at the center, best restaurants and shops are walking distance. every detail was perfectly done even the bakery and wine on house, perfect accomodation choice with child. we will definetely come back again!

Die Wohnung ist neu renoviert und gemütlich eingerichtet. Alles war sehr ordentlich. Küche und Bad sind modern und gut ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist zentral und trotzdem ruhig, Geschäfte und Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Lovely place to stay while visiting the Tegernsee region. Very friendly hosts with a warm welcome -- we really appreciated the bread and pastries! The apartment was roomy and comfortable, with a cute balcony. Location is great too, close to bus stops and the lake itself.

Also!!!!!!!! Es ist sehr schwierig so eine Wohnung zu bewerten! Ich!!!fand die Wohnung sensationell!! Bin alleine angereist und habe mich von Anfang an super wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist der Hammer direkt am See! Alles sehr sauber, Bett bequem, Küche ist zweckmäßig, Fernseher groß, Bad bis auf ein etwas zu kleines Waschbecken auch super(ab 1,90 Körpergröße vermutlich schwierig), Ausblick beim Frühstück könnte nicht besser sein aber hier muss ich hervor heben das ich alleine da war. Zu zweit ist es sicher eher gefühlt wie in einem Doppelzimmer. Die kleine Metalltreppe hoch ist oben auf dem Absatz herrlich wie ein kleiner Balkon zu nutzen. Viele Leute haben mir zugewunken und haben wohl gedacht das ich es mir hier gut gehen lasse und genau das habe ich gemacht!!Kurz!!Habe mich zu 100% erholt!!!! PS: Der Ausblick am Abend ohne Worte ich versuche mal Fotos beizufügen. Also alles in allem der perfekte Urlaub in perfekter Umgebung und Unterkunft!!!

We came with our toddler and were so pleased with everything! It was really perfect for us, great little outdoor area to eat, heaps of space, kitchen and fridge to do little meals and wash up. When travelling with a little one you really appreciate the thoughtful touches, like having a great coffee machine, or a curtain that divides the sleeping area from the lounge. We could have stayed forever! Walking distance (even for tiny legs) to the lake and an amazing swimming pool, great restaurants around, beautiful little shops- and the host was easy to contact and super helpful! Can’t wait to go back!
