Die Lage ist perfekt - nur 2 Minuten zum See, 2 Häuser weiter ein Lebensmittelladen und in die andere Richtung ein sehr leckerer Bäcker/Café/Bistro mit Öffnungszeiten von 6 - 23 Uhr! Die Gegend ist wunderschön, der Ort sehr gechillt. Das Haus ist ganz neu und die Wohnung wirklich perfekt und zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Die gesamte Wohnanlage ist sehr sauber, kostenfrei ist ein Carport und eine ausreichend große Fahrradbox dabei. Die Vermieter sind super nett, immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit und die gesamte Abwicklung war total unkompliziert.

Cosy house with friendly hosts. The ambience is very chill and comfortable, and the private beach area is the highlight of the house. I would definitely recommend taking a room with a lake view for relaxing night and day drinks on the balcony.

The location is near from Wörthersee, and we could find the Reifnitz dock easily, only 200 meters from the house. Beside of that, we could go to the Pyramidenkogel only for 10 minutes by car or by bus transfer from there. The house also sparkling clean, a little bit oldies but we love it, and the last but not the least, the house have a garden and a cabin for us to get breakfast or dinner.

Fantastic location. Its 2 min to the lake and 5 min to the supermarket whilst the apartment is very quiet. There are all the facilities that come in very handy: a drying rack for your wet swimming gear, the kitchen is small but well equipped, a hairdryer, table and chairs on the backside terrasse etc. The communication was very quick, easy and friendly. The furniture, carpetes are a bit outdated but well mantained and everything is very clean. We stayed in the apartment with access to the common garden which was very practical with a child. You can also park directly in front of your apartment and the flat itself is very spacious. All in all a great stay we would defenitely come back!
