It is very modern looking and relaxing place to stay in, very romantic and one of the best places I’ve stayed in if not the best. i love everything about this place and would definitely come back to stay again in it.

The hotel is centrally located. You could easily walk from central station or take tram 11 or 14. Thus, everything can be easily reached from the hotel. National museum is also walking distance. The hotel has a restaurant and bar. There is a free infused water in the reception so make sure you have a spare bottle. ;) Water from the sink is also drinkable. Moreover, the staff are nice and helpful. We paid for breakfast. There are lots of choices. In terms of the room, interior is very chic. Ours is good for two person. It has an an entryway. Bedroom is separated from the shower by an open shelves cabinet. It also has smart TV so you can watch what your favorites. No fridge but there are food and drink options you can buy in the reception. Upon checkout, we were also able to leave our luggages. Overall, it was a great hotel and we had a nice experience.

I stayed for 3 nights in a family room, the room was spacious for 2 adults with 2x childs , the staff were very helpful & friendly espicialy Latifa on the reception side.. the staff are around from 7 am to 5 pm then it's all yours.

The hotel is located very, very near the main train station in Zurich and is also near a lot of restaurants that locals seem to frequent (outside the typical tourist center). I appreciated both and very much liked the location.

The location was great! Staff was very helpful and friendly. They let us check-in a little early and let us leave our luggage in storage until we could check-in. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Very clean and modern apartment, everything worked and was put together very well. There was always someone to assist when we needed assistance, either by phone or in person. The location is very good, 5-10 min walk to the train station where you can find a supermarket with extended hours. Old city is 15 min walk, as is the famous shopping street. Zurich is a very civilized and safe city, very high end and priced appropriately (i.e. high). The condo is also a 2 min walk from a beautiful park with lots of green spaces and good for jogging. A swimming area in one of the lake tributaries is literally across the street, but we did not partake.
