The place was so nice and clean. The staff are so accomodating and she even help us booked a grab going to the bus station. The place was just a 2-5 minutes walk from Central Plaza.

The staff (the two women) are really friendly. They don't speak English well, so use Google Translate. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable for the price. There's a decent coffee shop in the lobby. They offer discounts if you stay for long periods of time.

We liked everything about Pakdee House. Good quiet location, clean, everything works, and great people running the place. The location is an easy walk from the bus and van stations, about 10 or 15 minutes. A little further from the train station and night market, but not much. Tuk tuks abound in U.T. if walking doesn't appeal. The rooms have air, fridge, hot water, outdoor space, chairs, and plenty of space. There is a nice shared outdoor space with tables, chairs, hot water, coffee, tea, and snacks all day. Owners are extremely kind and helpful, as are everyone else. They run a clean operation, and emphasize that guests mind their noise and manners. So please do. It all makes for a nice place to stay in Udon Thani.

I stayed in room inside the courtyard, the room was veery cozy, I would like to stay there longer:) Also in this Guest House was books for reading, i even found book in russian lang) I reccomend this place in the light of price\quality. Of course it's not a 3 or 5 star hotel! Also i asked about my wish to go to Lotus Lake and the personal help me to join the group of tourists to reach that place. Also an amazing place that must be seen!

Good breakfast. Friendly owner. The is a good cook: delicious Belgian frites and excellent meat. And a wide choice of Belgian, Dutch and international beers. Quiet surroundings. Large garden with chickens and "wildlife" (lizards, dragonflies, stick insects). Really relaxing for a day, even though I have been working for a couple of hours in this green oasis while waiting for my evening flight. The nearby lake is nice for a relaxing walk, and to take in somewhat cooler air.
