Everything. Literally everything. Apartment is very comfortable and has open space. I liked views from balconies. Kitchen also is very comfortable and has everything you need.

So, what I can tell about Woodland! It is just great option if you decide to be alone and more great option if you want to stay alone with your couple. The location is nicely isolated in the forest, but not far from the road. No extraneous noise when you are inside the cottage. Available Wi-Fi is pretty fast for working, so there is no inconvenience regarding video conferencing and online meetings. I have found some gaps regarding information about food options in the city and have discussed it with the owner. Solution has come immediately. I think at this moment, the already created booklet with all necessary information about working restaurant and cafés around, with options delivery and working hours will wait you in your cottage. If you want to stay in a cold seasons. The stove works pretty quickly, one or two logs in the stove turn the cottage into a Finnish bath. For me, it's become my favorite place for vacation.

The place was pretty nice, the house was beautifully built and crafted, the yard and the surrounding beauty of the nature was astounding and was a perfect place to rest and to have a great countryside time.

Очень понравилась общая территория, детская площадка, мангалы, ветки ёлок прям стучат в окно. С утра поют птички. Внутренняя парковка. Площадь домика точно на 4х человек с большой общей зоной. Тепло. По сравнению с другими отелями в Армении зимой - это огромный плюс! Магазины и рестораны в шаговой доступности.
