【交通】自驾前往，比较市中心的位置，很容易找到，但是进酒店地库的车需要绕一下，不是很方便。 【服务】很赞。第一，春节疫情肆意期间前往，在地库会对每个进酒店的人进行提问检查，很负责。看到有客人停车，还会迎出来询问是否有需要帮忙拿的行李。第二，前台都很负责，询问的事情反馈都很快且准确。第三，办理完入住和check out都会帮忙按电梯，送客人进入电梯或离开，这点感觉很不错。 【设备】酒店9月份才刚开张，特意来体验，住了4晚。设备整体都比较新，疫情期间没有体验到健身房，比较遗憾。房间内的设施，很符合星级酒店的标准。 【环境】这体验主要就是为了感受环境，整体还是非常安静，酒店从一层到88层，再到房间，随处能看到壁画，或者艺术作品，看看画感觉心能稍微静一下。 【餐饮】体验了room service，相应速度都非常快，食物、水果也都还可以。价格也OK。

Breakfast had a spectacular choice, only downside it was only from 6:30 - 10am, which can be a little short time on weekends. Gym was OK, but not very much equipment. Spa/Swimming pool was great. Everything else is just like you would imagine to be in an actual castle. Very friendly staff and spoke some english.

The location was great being very central in Dalian. Not in the new hotel district but right in the middle of Zhongshan. Good value but not amazing facilities.

Location is superb I’ll have to say. Close to all the delicacies and also just about 10-min drive (might take less if traffic allows!) to Dalian station. Easy access to both metro and buses. Room itself is clean, spacious and comfortable with a good view. I would really love to stay here again for my future trips to Dalian.
