La pulizia della camera, staff cordiale e accogliente. Colazione molto buona , abbiamo apprezzato in particolare le ottime torte. Ci si può inoltre rilassare a bordo della grandissima piscina, molto curato anche l' ambiente circostante dove ci sono alcuni attrezzi da palestra.

We really liked the sunny balcony in the morning. The place offers plenty of space (even a TV room) and all of the important facilities are there (fridge, microwave, oven, washing machine). We also got a complimentary cake. The location is in the countryside, so there is plenty of parking space.

The host (Stefano) is very helpful and friendly - paying attention to every detail to make his guests comfortable. He greeted us as if we were his old friends - helped with luggage, provided bottled water, gave us valuable information about visiting Ortigia and good places to eat (frequent by locals, not touristy). Our room was sparkling clean, with the scenic terrace. The breakfast in the morning was delicious, cooked by the host from his own local products and artistically presented. Perfect location - close to old town, yet in a very quiet neighborhood.

Appartamento situato in una tranquilla zona residenziale, stanze grandi, una grande e arieggiata terrazza coperta sul retro dove abbiamo quasi sempre cenato. In casa sono presenti anche una comoda lavatrice, postazione per lavare i panni, stereo, aria condionata e ventola a soffitto. Gentilissimi i proprietari, sempre disponibili a dare consigli sugli itinerari e luoghi da visitare e spiagge più adatte alle nostre esigenze. Carino il pensiero di averci fatto trovare bottiglie di acqua fresca al nostro arrivo. Tutto molto curato, casa pulitissima.

Spacious, nicely decorated and well-equipped house with lovely garden and terrace. Plenty of cupboard space in the two bedrooms and an excellent shower. The house was very quiet with just a little noise from the odd barking dog and neighbours when they were in their garden. The house stayed very cool despite the heat outside. Great place for relaxing on the loungers under the shady tree or on the large terrace. Spaggia Aranella is easily reached by car in about 15 minutes. The sandy beach has a private lido area (€10/day for umbrella and two sun beds) and free public area. The water is clean and good for swimming. The nearest supermarkets are in Syracuse about 6 Kim’s away, so a car is definitely needed. Carlo met us at the property on arrival and gave us an extensive introduction to the place. Communications were very good.

Villa Altea is a gorgeous property. Our host Elisa met us at the door and we immediately felt at home. She made sure that we were comfortable and also gave us some tips on the surrounding areas. The property is very clean and includes all amenities. My friends and us were very happy to have chosen Villa Altea and hopefully we will be back sometime in the future :)
