My boyfriend and I had the luxury of having this whole inn to ourselves. We were greeted by Linda when we arrived and a walk through our cabin. It’s so cute and cozy here. This was our first experience by ourselves in a place like this and we loved every moment of It. They gave us wood to burn in our fireplace and a complementary wine for our anniversary. We walked around said hi to the cows and just enjoyed each other’s company. Even though my boyfriend was trying to connect to the internet we soon realized that we weren’t going to connect haha. So we just made the best time of it! I would definitely come here again and were even thinking on having our wedding here ! It’s really beautiful. I recommend if you want time away from your hectic life this is the place!

Location: Perfect location if you plan to ski at heavenly -- 5min drive to California lodge. Also perfect for travel. Close to South Lake Tahoe city. A CVS right next to the community. House: Very spacious. Total 4 rooms with queen beds, and a loft with 2 twin beds.

The suite layout with the 3 floors, the kitchen living room and views, the balconies, parking was easy and right out front. Bed were comfortable, house good for adults and kids. They had puzzles which we enjoyed! Stocked with towels, and we were able to do laundry!

Close to the lifts - not quite walkable during pandemic times in ski boots but I could see doing it in regular boots and changing at the lodge. Parking is quirky - you have to back up the road to a turnaround, the map shows the road going through but the condo association has a gate up - no big deal, just quirky.

The room was HUGE, with excellent soundproofing and climate control. The beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly. Room service was great and surprisingly inexpensive. I feel like I received exceptional value for the price.
