Perfect little villa with everything you need for a nice and relaxing holiday. The house is new, tastefully furnished and perfectly clean. Beautiful view, nice pool and fireplace for romantic ambience on winter evenings. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful, brought us a lot of firewood for the fireplace and greeted us with water and local wine in the fridge. There's everything you need if you dicide to cook and plenty of soft, clean towels in the bathrooms (2 bathrooms and 1toillete). There's a tv in every room with international programs. House has central heating system (as well as air-conditioning) wich is rare in villas on the seaside so you can enjoy your stay during cold winter days also. The hosts left us bikes and it was a delight to explore the picturesque surroundings riding them. We had such a great time in Villa Parizi and we recommend it to everyone.

We couldn’t have picked a nicer location for our small family reunion! The host and his family are so kind and helpful. We slept perfectly in comfortable beds and enjoyed the quiet. The kitchen and house in general are well-equipped and there’s a nice outdoor bbq. It’s a central location for easy day trips anywhere in Istria. Lovely old town Pazin is just minutes away by car. Highly recommend!

The hospitality of the owners, the location and the place itself is exceptional. You can enjoy quietness of the area, while facilities of Pazin are nearby and accessible quickly by car. The most difficult decision was deciding to have a breakfast either on the lovely balcony or nearby the pool :) We would definitely like to return again.

Great looking villa located couple of minutes away from Pazin. The Villa is really designed in a nice way, with a nice pool in the garden. We came as a group of 7 people and we really enjoyed our time in this place. Big plus is a large private parking and separate bathrooms for each bedroom. The host was really friendly, they gave us the option of late check out and provided us with great informations regarding events nearby.
