This place was so dreamy! the waterside property felt magical with beautiful gardens and very nice place to stay. I usually don’t like to hang out at the hotel but this place made lounging enjoyable and restful.

We had a really nice and huge apartment. Everything was new and clean, Ivo was very friendly and helpful. He welcomed us with cold water, which we really appreciated after a long hot day on our bikes. It's a real biker friendly accommodation!

Beautifully decorated, new apartment. Very comfortable beds. Modern equipment. Very clean. Relatively close to 2 beaches. One very nice with trees giving shade. Good access to Dubrovnik. Very nice and very clean pool. Nika was great. Very helpful. I felt that throughout my stay she went out of her way to look after each guest.

Pretty much everything is perfect. When people start to know about this villa it will be fully booked I’m sure. Property manager Ivan could not be more helpful. It’s actually better than the description.

The apartment is very clean and new. It has all the facilities you need. The host is great. She is such a sweetheart and very helpful. When I was there she even made a delicious cake and offered to drive me around. The location is a 5 minute walk from zaton bay.

The room was furnished astonishingly well! We enjoyed every moment of staying there. Apartment had nice bathroom with a shower and was equipped with nice toiletries. A/C was properly working and had 1h option.

Loved this property - the owner was very friendly & ensured that the patio area & pool were pristine clean every day! The garden is covered in orange trees & oranges were the best I have ever eaten! ( gifted by the owner, not taken off the trees!) The BBQ area is fab too as well as the outside dining area. Great proximity to Zaton & close to local supermarkets & the local bus into Dubrovnik. The private pool was the biggest + with great views over the bay.
