Nancy was the best host, always available for any of my questions. The home had everything we need (laundry, full kitchen, iron, AC) just to mention few. Everything in the house was comfortable and very clean. She even left toilet paper and disinfectant for us to use. Location is great, few minutes from everything (beach, downtown center) I definitely recommend it.

very nice complex with good gate guards, very nice landscaping overall, nice pool areas. the accomadations were very new and well kept, beds were excellent, washer and dryer did a good job, linens were comfortable. We had a problem with water leaking onto the kitchen floor for no apparent reason. it was repaired that same day.

great proximity to the beach and Hotel Riu. we couldn’t get a room at the Rius, so this was the next best thing.

We arrived a few hours before our check in time, so I didn't expect the room to be ready right away. But the resort had the room ready within 30 minutes of our arrival! The room was spectacular with an amazing view. And it was quiet, we couldn't hear any of our neighbors. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and willing to help. The resort is on the beach and close to any of the beach bars/restaurants which makes it extremely accessible to the fun Cabo has to offer/ I would 100% stay here again and hope to be back soon

Security was great, the property is abit of a drive (we had a private driver) to anyway. The beach is great but you have to "hike" along a fence then down a winding staircase to get to it, the sea is rough so you cant get in the ocean. The "private" beach is great unless there are "partiers" down there with you, then you are "sunk". There is a great restaurant that is abit of "hike" also down to the ocean , called Estrella. The property is great for privacy not like the "resort" pools. The walk ways in the property are very beautiful and the staff seems very nice.
