The luxury building is really nice and clean with a lovely swimming-pool, and we appreciated to have a parking place in the underground garage. The apartment itself is also very nice and clean, quite big, with a wonderful terrace with astonishing view on the sea, on La Gomera island and even on the Teide. The beach is small but nice to swim and not crowded. Elena was very kind and helpful when we arrived and for the checkout. We really enjoyed our stay !

Just returned from a fabulous holiday in this really lovely apartment. It has everything you need, very clean and modern with the bonus being the spacious balcony which gets the sun all day long! Excellent host who is very friendly and accommodating, will definitely be returning.

I stayed at Finke's apartment for 2 weeks while remote working in Tenerife. The apartment was perfect for this. Great Wifi speeds. Modern, comfortable, clean and very well equipped kitchen facilities. It also has a great view from the balcony of the excellent pool area. Great location if looking for a quieter area to explore the island, that still has some great restaurants and bars on your door step. Throw in Finke's excellent tips on where to go and eat and all in all this is a great place to stay.

Good location. Quiet and safe neighbourhood. Everything you need for living was provided (e.g towels, dishes, bed linen, hairdryer, washing machine, kettle etc). Nice terrace for morning coffe.
