The place is super clean and well decorated, gives that home feeling while you are on holiday. Tom and Claire are super nice and friendly and always there to help and offer suggestions for our trip. The hot tub is a bonus as well. Will definitely come back if I am coming to Margate again.

absolutely loved this place. there were so many nice little touches you wouldn’t expect for the price. I will definitely try and book again next time I’m in Margate.

The room is comfortable and cosy. A really nice place for an afforble price. The shared bathroom is also very clean. The host is kind and accommodating. Will definitely book again next time.

Lovely lodge, very comfortable and well equipped - had everything we needed for our stay. Communication from the host was good. Very conveniently located for beach trips, we enjoyed time at Herne Bay, Joss Bay, Broadstairs and Deal and Isle Of Sheppey(whilst visiting family). There are good facilities on site if needed. We would love to stay again when in the area. Loved sitting out in the evenings, very peaceful site to stay on.

Traveled with 2 kids. Lovely flat with beautiful little garden space. 5 min walk to the Sandy beach and cafes, but away from the noise of busy beachfront. Gorgeous Botany Bay less than 10 min drive. Endless snacks and drinks offered. Host replied instantly when help was needed. Free parking along streets and paid car park around corner. Easy key collection from security box. Will come back

Paddington Place was located in very short distance from the beach and nearby shops, restaurants and train station. Whole place was clean and we did find it decorated to a high standard and managed by host well. Adrian is a great host. He was very proactive. During our stay he was interested how do we feel about this place and also had offered his help in case if we need anything. Thanks to his directions, reminders received in very timely manner check-in/ check-out went smoothly. We will recommend this place to friends and family without hesitation.
