The location of the apartments is just perfect. It is on the plateau, very close (40m) to to the elevator, which goes between the low~ and highland. The balcony has a full panoramic view to the dune and the sea. You can watch the sunrise from the bed or from the balcony. There are shops, grocery, restaurants in the nearby too. The apartment was very clean, and very good equipped, you find everything in the kitchen what you might need. The check in and check out was simple, the owner was waiting for us.

Die Unterkunft ist eine Ferienwohnung ohne Frühstück oder weitere Mahlzeiten. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und mit gutem Komfort ausgestattet. Wir haben lediglich das Frühstück selbst zubereitet. Den Bäcker und einen Supermarkt für die benötigten Lebensmittel kann man ganz bequem innerhalb weniger Minuten in der Nähe der Wohnung erreichen. Die Vermieterin wohnt im Haus, ist sehr freundlich und gibt Tipps zur Insel und zur Gastronomie. Sie fragt nach dem Wohlbefinden und ob alles ok ist, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein. Zu einem eventuellen weiteren Besuch auf Helgoland würden wir auf jeden Fall gerne wieder bei dieser Dame und diese Wohnung buchen.

Der Blick vom unteren Balkon ist großartig. Tagsüber das Meer, nachts die Sterne - phantastisch. Die Dusche ist sehr sehr schön, groß und die Duschabtrennung bodengleich und aus Echtglas. Es gab einige Gewürze, Salz, Pfeffer, Öl. Kaffee und Kaffeefilter waren ebenfalls vorhanden. Zudem waren Spülmaschinentabs da und Geschirrspülmittel sowie ein Schwamm und Geschirrhandtücher. Im Kühlschrank stand eine Flasche Helgoland-Sekt - sehr nett, der ist lecker, danke dafür! Die Heizung funktioniert - es war schön warm, als es draußen kalt und windig war. Das Schlafzimmer hat Plissees, so dass es ausreichend verdunkelt werden kann. Auf der "Sofalandschaft" liegen Wolldecken - gemütlich und kuschlig! Es liegt ein Fernglas auf der Fensterbank - das ist super, wenn man z. B. zum Windpark schauen möchte oder nach einem Vogel. Der Blick ist so weit, das ist man gar nicht gewöhnt. Wir waren überrascht, denn so ein Fernglas ist ja ganz schön teuer.
