The hotel is in a great location to walk to Lake Bled (5 minutes) and into the city (20 minutes). The rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. We really enjoyed the atmosphere.

This was the “glamping” experience we were looking for in the Bled area. Our kids loved the cabin, hot tub, and the whole place. The bathrooms located close by were also very clean (private per cabin), and we enjoyed our buffet breakfasts on the lovely patio. Communication was very clear and front desk staff were lovely and helpful. You are close to your neighbours but everyone was very quiet and respectful. The buildings and grounds were obviously all built with great care, and feature beautiful wood interiors and furniture. Have already recommended to friends heading to the Bled area.

Excellent location, only a couple of minutes from the lake and ample easy parking. Rooms were clean and pretty well sized. We had 2, one on first floor was big, one on second floor a fair bit smaller. Had coffee facilities in the shared hallway, not in the room and overall facilities were quite basic. Bathroom was clean with a decent shower. It’s is an Old Pariah House so rooms def had quite a Christian feel to them with pics and decor. Breakfast was generous and was lovely to have fresh eggs cooked for you every morning. Staff were really friendly and helpful, pointing out lots to do in the area and giving restaurant tips etc.

I had a very pleasant personal welcome (including Schnaps!) and I received a lot of nice tips from the hosts for what to do and where to go in the area. The little apartment was well equipped and nicely decorated. The area is beautiful. To get to Bled it is a little walk, but by car it's only 10 minutes. I would love to visit Frida's Old House again!

The owners are wonderful people who work hard to keep the place clean and make sure the guests are comfortable. The breakfast was great and the rooms were pretty big. The hotel also looks new.
