Everything, it started with Andrea who made us laugh when we arrived, he carried our ( super heavy overrated suitcase ) up the steps. That was super sweet although I warned him not to cause they were so heavy 🙈. Anyhow he upgrated our room cause when we saw our room we immediately knew we wanted to extend our stay. And we got an upgrade twice for the same price. Which ended up in the best room of the homestay. The breakfast was really good, everything super clean and nice equipped. Relaxing clean pool and overall just the best stay !! With cute Andreas who’s really loving.

This is a beautiful property for moderate temperatures, however was very cold. 4 of 7 rooms had a heat source. Hot water for only 1 shower. Very clean, comfortable bedding. Would not go back in winter. Beautiful views

Beautiful and charming estate with a lovely staff, clean and comfortable rooms, large and cozy common areas and refreshing swimming pool. An excellent breakfast was included . Beautiful gardens and views from the patio.

Owner and staff were exceptionally accommodating. Facility was very clean with a spectacular View. One of the best wine tours we have experienced at their Vineyard. A short taxi ride from the train station and you are in a beautiful setting. Unconditionally recommended. Best part of our 2 week trip to Portugal.

A beautiful property on a tranquil setting. We wish we were here longer than 1 night. It was one of the best places we have stayed. Kids enjoyed the pool and games. I hope we can return fur a longer visit.

Cecilia is a wonderful host. Speaks very good English. Always available & attentive. It's an old stone house, we loved it. Very romantic, although we were with the kids. The rooms are spacious & clean. The views are fabulous. Everything is so quiet & peaceful. A great place to relax. Cecilia & Fernando offered us a port tasting of their own make. We also bought a red wine of their make which was really nice. There is a wooden fireplace, when we had trouble lighting up the fire Cecilia came & started the fire within 2 minutes. We were given recommendations to places to see around, each recommendation was fantastic. There is a pool & a Barbeque, but we didn't use it because it was a bit chilly.

Location was beautiful only a bit hard to find. All staff was lovely. Owner was very outgoing and was kind to upgrade us to a suite. Learning about the vineyard and wine making made this extra special. Wine tasting dinner was a treat!
