My brother in law and I went on a 3 days business trip and we were searching a place to stay on Booking.com and we found a perfect homestay 'Charming Bungalow' in Tam Coc , the accommodation are very clean hygiene with decent reasonable price of room rate , due to Covid time we asked the host ' whatever you guys eat , let us eat together with you guys ' and we ate 6 meals there making acquaintance with the host like a family members, we came as a guest , and we left like a family member , we definitely come back for the next time in Tam Coc

The location is far more than perfect. You can easily walk to Trang An (about 20mins). The room is huge and clean. It offers lunch and dinner right in the homestay which is really convenient. You can easily order food and drink at anytime. The coffee bench in front of the homestay provides a super view and atmosphere - to the extreme that i can just sit there all day. The host is friendly.

A very nice guest house to stay at (more like a simplier hotel rather than a guest house to be honest). The location is great, in a smaller alley by the main road. This place is quite newly renovated. It’s very clean and bright colors in general. The room was exactly as the pictures. The staff and neighbours are so friendly and helpful. Especially Hiep, he is an amazing host. Superfriendly and has given us a lot of advice and help when travelling in Ninh Binh. We rented motorbike from the guesthouse and also did laundry through them. Hiep also helped us book bus tickets to Hue. The only negative thing is that the bed is pretty hard, but we have noticed that it is very common to have hard mattress in Vietnam.

The location is perfect just 2 minutes walk to the habour and in the center of Tam Coc. Ha who is the owner but also works there is so helpful. She helped me to organized the trip around Ninh Binh by motorbike and then booked the bus to Phong Nha. Breakfast is awesome. Room is clean and convince Host is WONDERFUL
