Alessandro our host was welcoming and helpful during our first visit to Lanciano. We had full access to the common spaces as we were the only visitors. In the morning bread, cereal, etc was available for when we got up. Everything was clean and check-in and check-our were simple.

L'appartamento è spazioso e luminoso, pulitissimo e dotato di ogni comfort. Vengono forniti dei buoni per fare una buona colazione al bar proprio sotto casa. Liliana è una host attenta e disponibile. Siamo stati benissimo e siamo venuti via a malincuore!!

Only 4-5min walk to City Centre, Lanciano, lots of places for shopping, restaurants, fresh bread stores, fresh pasta stores, lots of coffee bars, & lots of bars are nearby. 3min walk to nice grocery market. 6min walk to the Sanctuary that's the location of the first Eucharist Miracle, known as the "Miracle of Lanciano." It was very comfortable and a great central location. Climate control was fully adjustable. Radiator heat & also a super quiet electric dual function AC & Heat unit. Owner was accommodating and very courteous. She also speaks English, which was a very big positive for me. I wished there had been a microwave, but I lived without it.

Soggiornare in questo B&B è stato come sentirsi a casa, ma più coccolati! Tutti i dettagli sono curati, la stanza è comoda, molto fresca e silenziosa. Cabina armadio, frigorifero e terrazzìno sono molto funzionali. Il punto forte è la colazione che è davvero abbondante e personalizzata dalla signora Margherita in base ai gusti di ogni ospite. La frutta fresca appena raccolta e le varie opzioni vegane sono state molto gradite così come tutte le accortezze per la più piccola della famiglia. La posizione è tattica per raggiungere diverse spiagge da favola o deliziosi borghi e la campagna circostante con i suoi filari di viti e olivi a perdita d’occhio sono davvero rigeneranti.
