The property was in a nice quiet neighborhood and easily accessible to the main town. The staff, especially the owner, was super attentive. He went above and beyond making sure we were well taken care of. He stayed up until 1:30 am to assure our safe entry to the property on the first night. He explained everything in detail. He directed us as to where we can go and places to see! All equipment was top notch and breakfast was amazing!!!

Location was great.Everything was convinient .The place is on a promenade area in the oldtown.The gentleman who was cleaning the room was really nice and was setting 100 grams chocolate on the bed after linen change.Note that i do not require daily linen change so if you stay 5 days then i assume you wont be getting a pound of chocolates :)

New, in excellent condition, good design. Kitchen is well equipped with all necessary include tea/coffee. Excellent view on the city and mountains. Parking slot is nearby. Rooms very comfortable. It around 15 minutes walk down to the city center thruway beautiful Forrest. Way back from the city to the Appartment is more difficult as it climbing up. In general we were Very satisfied from this Appartment !

We couldn't ask anything more - an amazing apartment, in the heart of Karlovy Vary, with a view to the city and forest. We mostly hiked around Karlovy Vary, and returned a couple times a day to the apartment - to rest a bit. So, the apartment was in a perfect location for us. The hosts are thoughtful and wonderful - they met us upon arrival, saved up a parking spot for us and answered all our questions. Most unexpectedly - due to the fact we've arrived on Christmas eve, all supermarkets were closed - so the wonderful hosts brought us BAGS of groceries, without even asking. So we would like to take the opportunity and thank them again! If you're arriving to Karlovy Vary - we couldn't recommend a better apartment.

Very good location, close to St Mary Magdalene church and the Tepla river / promenade. Very clean, basic furniture (Ikea type), garage for a decent fee (not included), but there is plenty of public parking possibilities on the one-way street.
