This is a brand new buiding with perfectly clean and spacious appartments. With private parking and swimmingpool in the garden. Location was perfect - walking distance to the historic center of Grosseto, shops and restaurants. And at the same time very convenient to the ways out of town if you would like to go around beautiful Grosseto province. The host - Illaria is lovely and very, very helpful person - all her recommendations ( including info in guestbook, maps and leaflets provided) were exactly what we needed. Illaria thank you for all of this and welcome package too:-)

Ein tolles Haus mit super Ausstattung (Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine, Spielsachen, Babybett, Hochstuhl, Gartendusche, Parkplatz etc.) Die Lage des Hauses ist wirklich super: Es liegt ein paar Meter vom Strand entfernt und in Laufreichweite ist ein kleines Lebensmittelgeschäft. Die Gastgeberin ist äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit :). Es war die sauberste Ferienwohnung, die wir in Italien bisher gesehen haben.
