Casa Merla is situated outside the hustle and bustle of Barolo and was a beautiful getaway. The facilities are finely decorated with lots of spaces for the guests to relax and take in the peacefulness. The owners were exceptional people - very friendly, accommodating, and helpful! We wish we could have stayed longer and will absolutely return here someday.

Fully equipped and well appointed kitchen, comes with all condiments to cook a complete meal. Not just for light snacks. Of course, there are plenty of excellent restaurants nearby. The washing machine is greatly appreciated and useful for our journey. The apartment is big and clean. Breakfast are kept in the fridge and self served by the guests. We enjoyed our stay here.

Characistic bed and breakfast in converted farmhouse of religious estate, although close to the main road between two small towns it is really quiet with a lush garden with walnut trees, Spacious rooms, delicious breakfast with home made ingredients. Staff very helpful and informative on local issues.

Galli is just outside of Dogliani. The building has great character and lies in the middle of of vineyard. There are great views from the terrace and driveway. The apartment has an own entrance and little terrace. The apartment itself had all I needed. The beds were comfortable

Breakfast was a typical european continental breakfast with soft boiled eggs. Family run operation in a functioning farm and vineyard so need to have tolerance for the rooster wake up and church bells at 4AM. Great location near local vineyards like Marchesi Alfieri and many, many others for wine tasting and purchase. Select rooms on second level, e.g. Room Barolo, Gavi for large shared balcony with tables. Dinner option is chefs whim served wiht their red, white and sparkling whites is a very good and convenient option for regional Piemontese cuisine.
