Excellent breakfast and very friendly host. Cared where I could get food with all restaurants closed. I travelled for work, so I appreciated the space of the room and the desk.

Catherine was at Appartement12 when we arrived and she showed us around. The apartment is on the 3rd floor in a 17th century building, so there is no elevator. She has remodeled the apartments and they are very modern and comfortable. Rue Bourbon has a good selection of restaurants and Place Ducale is within easy walking distance.

Felt like a secret hotel through a small door between shops and down a cool passageway that split and lead to two spiral stairs for the two parts of the hotel. Extremely convenient to the Meuse Voie Vert and the central square of Charleville. The room had a/c which was important in an older building where it’s difficult to circulate the air. Mini fridge is a big plus when traveling in the summer too! Our room was on the top floor and we had access to a cute patio although it was too hot to use the night we stayed. The main windows were skylights and had blackout shades. The breakfast was very thoughtful and healthy but also a low price. Great work, Christophe!
