We stayed here as part of our West Highland Way trip. The owner takes great care in providing for hikers- including a lovely drying room- but also in keeping his domain spotless. The common area for reading or playing cards, as well as the garden, were very nice.

It’s right next to the train stop, the managers were incredibly helpful, our cabin was clean and comfortable, and it was fairly priced, especially after comparing it to other accommodation on the trail.

We just used this hotel as a stopping off point. They made it easy for us to arrive late and be off early. Room was very comfy. No meals involved. Close to the Green Welly which is a great store and we got breakfast there.
