La proprietaria è stata molto disponibile e flessibile anche sugli orari di check- in e check-out. Ci ha inoltre consigliato diversi posti dove andare a mangiare e nonostante si è presentato un piccolo problema con la tapparella è stato risolto in poco tempo. L'alloggio è in una ottima posizione per poter andare a visitare la costa sud-est della Sardegna (con uno scooter o una macchina). L'appartamento risulta abbastanza piccolo (composto da stanza unica con soggiorno e cucina, un bagno spazioso con finestra, una camera con un balconcino al piano terra e un piccolo ripostiglio), nonostante le dimensioni ridotte, offre tutto ciò di cui c'è bisogno. Ci sono stati inoltre forniti vari alimenti e servizi principali come: caffè, olio, sale, padelle, piatti ect... shampoo, asciugamani, lavatrice compresa di detersivo e asciugatrice. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca un alloggio per 2 persone.

The apartment is large with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a private parking and terrace. The beach is some steps and Cagliari few minutes from the apartment. The location is perfect to discover south and middle Sardigne. The owners are very friendly and helpful.

It was VERY clean, you do not see it this clean often. The host was beyond friendly, and helped us with making sure we found a nice facility to do a covid test for returning. The apartment itself is also very nice, would recommend for couples and if sleeping on a couchbed works for you, its also very good for two couples.

The view is beautiful, the terrace is huge and very well positioned for getting the sun the whole day. Is also very well located, has parking and a bus station nearby, also a supermarket very close. You can easiliy reach the entrance to the Saline park. We had an issue with the washing machine and they quickly fixed it, very pleased with the help from the staff.

Property was in excellent location with a brilliant view from the balcony - within walking distance to wonderful Italian restaurant around the corner which was recommended by the Host Elena. Apartment was very spacious and exceptionally clean - everything we needed was there. Elena the host was very invaluable with tips on places to visit. Thinking of returning again hopefully next year.

We had a very nice stay in this house. Rosie was very nice and explained everything and was also easily reachable on the phone when needed. We had enough space for our family and everything was close by with the car (shops, restaurants and beaches etc). The rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed.

Da apprezzare la disponibilità e gentilezza del proprietario, posizione ottima per andare in spiaggia al poeto (5 min di macchina).Appartamento grande,moderno,comodo e silenzioso. Buonissimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.Per tre giorni al mare a Cagliari è quasi perfetta. Consiglio pienamente!

Pierwsze wrażenie rewelacyjne! Parking po nosem, plaża w odległości krótkiego spaceru (prawie jak przejść przez ulicę). Wchodzisz do apartamentu i wita Cię jasny salon z dwoma balkonami, na jednym z balkonów jest są dwa leżaki i super widok. Idziesz dalej, a tam jest coś na wzór garderoby z przejściem do sypialni i łazienki. W sypialni kilka mniejszych okien nadających jeszcze bardziej klimatycznego charakteru. No i świetlik w łazience, absolutna rewelacja. W całym apartamencie są stylowe mebelki i do tego w miarę dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. A potem zaczynasz tam mieszkać .... i już nie jest tak fajnie.
