Large well equipped apartment with Ikea kitchen. Self catering. Very good location if you have a car to visit Spello, Assisi and to explore other parts of this interesting area. Pleasant and helpful host. Very good parking. Pleasant outside areas. Very clean and comfortable.

everything you would need was there. Sheets and bed excellent.Even a tiny light to guide the way to the bathroom in the dark. Excellent! there was a lovely outdoor sitting area with a wonderful swinging seat!

Appartamento fantastico e completo di tutto situato 5 minuti a piedi dalla piazza molto fresco nonostante fuori facesse 36 gradi. Titolare gentilissimo e molto disponibile per qualsiasi cosa. Consigliatissimo. Torneremo sicuramente.

Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione ma per scelta nostra. Ci alzavamo molto presto per raggiungere le mete prefissate. Tutto molto curato: stanza molto bella, pulita, dotata di un piccolo frigo. Bagno con doccia. Fantastica vista sul giardino con piscina sempre a disposizione. Tanta tranquillità e silenzio. Il proprietario sollecito, disponibile ma anche discreto: “GRAZIE PAOLO!” Leggermente decentrato dal centro di Spello ma in posizione strategica per raggiungere facilmente le città limitrofe come Spoleto, Assisi, Todi, Montefalco, Foligno ecc.

Everything! Great apartment, perfect location, wonderful host! It was very comfortable to stay there. You can easily walk to the fresh pasta store, a great butcher, a great fruit and veggie vendor, and even the supermarket. The restaurant next door has simple, but very good food for when you have worn yourself out walking. Spello is fabulous to visit.

Great house with good facilities and a warm welcome. All rooms have en-suite and an extra toilet is also a bonus downstairs. Excellent outside eating area and good access to swimming pool and a good washing machine. Spello is a beautiful village with excellent restaurants and is a great base to visit Assisi.
