Spacious, brand new semi-detached house with a swimming pool shared with the inhabitants of the second half of the house, located in a gated community of holiday homes. Very clean and comfortable. A few minutes walk to the beach.

The place is looking exactly as in the pictures. I can state with clean conscience this house is one of the best places I have ever stayed during holidays. The pool is soo nice with an incredible view over the mountains. The beach is 150m from the house. You can find nice restaurants around. The owner was very kind with us, she picked us up from the supermarket’s parking lot, she even did 2 rounds to fit everything in the car. Also brought us back to the train station. Everything without extra charge! Thank you Maria Rosaria :)

Great Private pool, very clean and good size. The Villa is a new build, good quality fitout, very clean and tidy both inside and out and well equiped, Quite area, very secure with electric gates. It was a very enjoyable stay.

We loved every aspect of this property. everything we needed was in the villa, towels, shower shoes, hygiene products, kitchenette well stocked, furniture was all comfortable including the beds, pillows were cozy/comfy/fluffy, solid wifi connection.

As a seasoned world traveler I would like to state that this is the best place I have stayed. The hospitality, service and attitude of my super host was absolutely wonderful, Topclass!The lodging is a beautiful little House, surrounded by olive and fruit trees, a must for travellers seeking comfort and tranquility in an amazing Sicilian country side setting. Air conditioning is available in the bed room and fans in the living room with a flat screen television. A kitchen with stove and fridge and all commodities. There are also 4 very friendly dogs on the property. It has been truly an exceptional experience. Thank you very much.

location, host, neighbours. host collected me from lascari station on arrival and drove me to cefalu on departure. also she allowed me arrive early and depart late. I spoke little Italian but despite this she managed to engage in very friendly and informative conversation. a wonderful, romantic beach with a great and friendly restaurant, la voce del mare, 15 minutes walk from the property. you can hear the sea from the bedroom. wonderful sunset and great sea. perfect!!
