all was perfect! It was a quiet place as we wanted. We have been perfectly welcomed, all gifts were very good. We thank the owners for their generosity and their kindness. it is rare from this days! Our stay was a real pleasure but too short 😀. We will come back for sure!

Barbara & Nikos are super hosts. Great communication prior and during the trip. We arrived late and were treated to homemade spinach and feta parcels as well a large bowl of fruit, wine, nuts and various other food items. The villa is great, with a bright and open plan design and the outdoor eating and seating areas are fantastic. 3 good sized bedrooms with AC & plenty of storage. The modern pool and seating area is lovely with plenty of seating options & shade, pool is a decent depth and very clean - can’t fault it. Local beaches (Stavros/Marathi/Loutraki) are probably some of the best in the area. As other reviewers have noted you ideally need a car but could walk to the beach / town (if you’re are keen walker and don’t mind the heat!). Taxi’s are possible but we found it tricky to arrange one when needed (to Chania @ 20eur)

First of all the design of the house and the traditional look is exceptional. The outdoor was really nice and the pool was superb. Two of the three rooms were really comfortable especially because they had their own bathroom and the third one was kind of special with not so much space and compared to the other 2 rooms it was not so great. Although this was obvious to us because the other two were high above standards. The owner was really nice, he didn't bother us at all but he was there every time we needed him. Last but not least it was really close to the airport and this merit is here for our vacation. In general we couldn't have picked a better place to stay.

A wonderful property! The attention to detail was exceptional. Very clean. Ideal for large families or group of friends as very spacious with great autonomy. The owners were very friendly and helpful and treated us to delicious homemade local delicacies. Highly recommended.

We were a large group with adults, teenagers and young children. Everyone had a fantastic time. Emanouil was very responsive and present from the start. The property itself is located on a slight hill overlooking the sea. There is abundance of things to do at the property but mostly I love how clean and tidy the house was. I enjoyed watching the sun set by the impeccable pool. All in one an amazing stay!
