We spent our honeymoon in Poppies, it was super relaxing time) Small hotel with the separate cottages in green tropical garden. This is absolute cozy, amazing place that gives you priceless feeling of privacy and comfort. Our cottage was spacious, comfort with green outdoor bathroom. So romantic ;) Also best service on the beach, all served, super nice, we did not take breakfast included, but were ordering fruited and eggs, tasty restaurant, best smoothie :) In front of clean beach and best sea to swim. Very important: best location on chaweng for sure (I am the fourth time in Samui) and easy to reach bophut, lamai etc. on the day of leaving the hotel provided to us comfortable room for the whole day (for free) as our flight was at 10 pm. This is the best individual customer approach. Great team, great poppies, thanks for these days

Ozo is located on a beautiful wide section of Chawang Beach with white sand and calm water for swimming. The hotel pool is quite large and has a restaurant with delicious Thai and international food options. There is a small air conditioned gym and you can get a massage on the beach in front of the property. the staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is centrally located on Chawang beach but far enough away from the night hub to be quiet at night. The Samui mall is walking distance away.

what didn’t I like it’s more like it. The location is great, the staff just as great and the beach chairs and umbrellas set up every morning along with the cool music playing in the background along with food and drinks served right to you with the incredible ocean view right in front of you is like paradise. And the other cool thing is being able to see the planes come and go from the airport right in front of you.

Attractive Hotel , good in comparison to others at similar price points that looked tired / not so well kept. Mercure is a well kept and very clean with a nice sense of arrival. There hotel is centred around the swimming pool which is a feature of the hotel. Direct beach access at a nice spot on the beach with a variety of lounging options for sunbathing. Easy for swimming in either sea or hotel pool. Great Beach Bar, Narler who runs the bar makes some of the best cocktails , smoothies and shakes. All reasonably priced. Happy Hour between 3pm -5pm. Both western and local food available. Free use of hotel paddle board on beach. Rooms are a good size- clean , light and airy. Daily cleaning team are very good. Hotel is within 20-30 mins walk of Chawang central. Easily walkable if you like a stroll or jump on one of the shuttle trucks for 40 baht. The hotel staff are all very polite and helpful. I would stay here again if I was returning to Koh Samui.
