The hotel is in a very pleasant area a short walk from the station, and an even shorter walk from the terminus for the coaches to Prague (quicker than the train!). The room was nicely furnished and very clean. The shower worked well.

Dextor is a 7-minute walk from the train station & an easy* walk to the city center & spa district. The area of town is very safe & very picturesque. The room & bath were very spacious & very clean (high ceilings, a living room area & bedroom) & the bed was exceedingly* comfortable. There is a small fridge in the room & a kettle. I appreciated that there were English channels on the TV! The owner provided a city map & basic tourist information. Breakfast was well-worth the price -- eggs, ham, cheeses, breads, sweets, yogurt, juice & lots of coffee -- actually, I was surprised at how much food they served! Finally, I appreciated that I could leave my baggage in a safe area when I checked out. It was a very* good deal & I would definitely* stay there again!

It's a major bonus for families when the quadruple room is divided into two bedrooms as our room was. Two bedrooms and kitchenette with a table and four chairs, everything clean and modern, 20 min walk to the center, ideal. A couple of lively pubs in the neighborhood if you feel like a bit of nightlife. I'd definitely stay again, good value for money.
