The hotel is inviting, the rooms clean and tastefully decorated, the AC works great (very important there!). The staff is friendly, the owner present and helpful. She is very-well connected in the town so a great resource during your visit.

I felt so lucky to stay at Sun Creek Lodge for part of my Spring Break trip to Belize! Marisa and her family were so welcoming, thoughtful, and helpful. When my previous tour plans fell through, they were able to connect me with an incredible local tour guide for half the price! Breakfast was delicious and came with great conversation. I even got directions to the best deals on local produce on market day! The room itself was the perfect size for me, and the beds were so comfortable. I was a bit nervous about the outdoor bathroom, but it was exceptionally well-kept~ I definitely plan to stay at Sun Creek Lodge again for my next venture to PG!!

We absolutely loved our stay at Copal Tree and had a fabulous time. Everything is perfect! From the moment we checked in until we checked out. Customer service is excellent. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure a wonderful experience. The views are breathtaking. We saw beautiful monkeys and toucans. We will definitely come back and stay here again!

Owner went all out to make and accommodate unit for Wheelchair Accessible, to even build a ram so I could access the property in and out with no problem, installed grab bars on bathroom and host Geraldine was very attentive to any needs we had.

WOW. Super convenient to town and maya sites, very peaceful, HUGE room and bathroom, clean, comfortable. The host, Wayne, was great to talk with. We even had friends in common!! Who knew??!! Highly recommend this as a home base when exploring the beautiful undeveloped Punta Gorda area.

Nice, spacious bungalows in the Belize jungle. ideal for nature lovers/ bird watchers. Location is close to Punta Gorda (for dinner) and close to fascinating Mayan ruins. The Owners of the Chaab’ll B’e Lodge, Sheila and Rusty are very helpful and prepare a wonderful breakfast. We had a great time and can only recommend this Lodge.
