Enjoyed the amazing views from the lake facing bedrooms and living spaces. We were super lucky that this house was available the same day our flights were cancelled. Yin was extremely accomodating and even made sure milk was in the fridge before we arrived, even though we made the booking 1hr before arriving.

View was exceptional, even had planes flying overhead! Area was easily accessible and everything was comfy. Good heating facilities. Loved the spa. WIFI was a bit patchy re range and did not reach bottom floor but after telling the property manager, they were very accomodating and purchased a wifi range extender and installed it for us during our stay!

Loved the renovations, had everything you would need. Tv was abit hard to use as there were no normal channels to access, would be good to have instructions. Beds were so comfortable. Home owners were awesome to deal with. Does have a steep short driveway so wouldn't want to use in winter but heaps of parking on street. Great view from lounge. They are dog friendly which is great but just know that you need to take dogs on walk for toileting as no real area around house. Highly recommend and would definitely come back and stay.

Great location to explore the area around Queenstown/ Arrowtown/Cromwell. Nice and quiet at lake Hayes. Lovely decorated house with comfortable bedroom, living room, bath room and private outside area. We felt at home. Kitchen is well equipped. The owners were very hospitable and friendly. We booked short notice and they still made it work. Thank you
