Accueil de Bernard. Très agréable et prévoyant. Merci pour ça car ça devient rare !! Manquait juste un peu de poivre et de sel MAIS ce sont les seuls points "négatifs" !... Bernard nous a passé des vélos. Es t venu régulièrement discuter avec nous mais sans être invasif. Nous a offert des lentilles. Bref super séjour !!

The hosts were very hospitable and accommodating. The apartment was lovely, clean, and outfitted with everything you need, including all kitchen utensils and appliances. It was extremely clean and comfortable. Palmiste Rouge was in a lovely valley surrounded by high mountains, and it made a very nice alternative to staying directly in Cilaos. The apartment was perfect. Our hosts advised us to bring groceries with us and to be prepared to make our own meals because the restaurant in town is closed on Mondays. This was not a problem for us, but travelers should be prepared.

Sylvie really added her personal touch to the house and it shows. She also cared a lot about making people comfortable and embraced her new career with passion. The location was quiet and private with a title shop nearby, which added to its charm.
