It’s a peaceful retreat in the forest. The setting is beautiful with view and access to the river. The room was comfortable, very clean and the private patio was enjoyable. The property is well maintained. Common areas (kitchen, gardens) are nice. Breakfast was wonderful. The host was warm and very helpful in helping us arrange activities. It’s an easy walk to center of town for restaurants and to catch a tour.

The on-site staff was wonderful and very accommodating. We were greeted and showed around the property before we settled into our room. Breakfast every day was AMAZING! One day we were too full to finish all the food we received, and got to feed out leftovers to the big fish (piranha family) in the lagoon that surrounds the breakfast area. So cool! Staff also helped us book a day trip, When we got back, we enjoyed the large tub and waterfall in our back patio. Lots of fun. I also communicated with someone via WhatsApp who was also very responsive and helpful.

Amazing location for the price. And they have two big fur puppies (not so little haha) that would give you amazing company. Went for a night or two and ended up staying a week!! Also their breakfast is worth every penny!

Rudolpho, Leslie and their daughter Linda, and their dog Luna were excellent hosts. The meals were great, and great price. The area to bird, fish watch on the lagoon was perfect. Rudolpho is an excellent guide. We were on canoe and jungle trip in the night and day. Both beautiful, informative, and so peaceful gliding along on the water. He provided boots, which were very much needed, clomping thru mud in the jungle. We also went in a bigger boat to the village to see monkeys, indigenous locals, rituals and dance with them. It was great to not have to go searching to figure things out. It was basically all inclusive for an excellent price. We did go over to El Jardin restaurant across the street for a more spendy lunch. We also went there for desert with the family and other guests. It was a very special time and a sweet memory always.
