Beautiful room, nice outdoor patio with an amazing view, breakfast delivery service from a good restaurant, great travel ideas and itinerary provided by hosts. Hosts are very kind and went out of their way to ensure I had a great time and stay.

The staff was amazing and so helpful. The food was delicious, especially the breakfasts! The view from the hotel is amazing - you can see the mountains and a volcano. The room was very spacious and clean. The shower was a cool and almost felt like an outdoor shower although it was indoors. We really enjoyed our time here!

The staff were very accommodating and helpful, from helping us book a guide for the u waterfalls the same morning, changing our room when the hot water didn't work, and always getting us more water when we asked.
