The apartment is not big but we were 3 and it was very comfortable. It has been recently decorated and apart from being very nice it has all you need for your stay. The thing we loved most but is the exceptional beautiful and peaceful view from the balcony - amazing. Apart from all this the hosts are extremely kind and go out of their way for any requests. I suggest this apartment to anyone....we loved it.

The hosts are fantastic. We had a problem with our car, the whole family was incredibly helpful and caring! Not only did they find a mechanic but also went there with us and helped with translation. They drove us to the shop and to the beautiful towns and interesting places, and did all best so that we could enjoy our stay. We were so lucky that we had such a great hosts! Location of the apartment is great - it’s walking distance from pretty old town Gualdo Cattaneo, surrounded by olives and beautiful nature. There is a big terrace with great view of the town on the hill. The apartment is big, clean, well equipped and the bed is very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and for sure we will come back there!

Apartments are newly remodeled and very well kept. Beautiful grounds and the pool was great. The house was missing a few things but when we informed management they happily got us everything we needed in a flash

A unique place, beautiful location. The owners (Laura, Chiara and Luca - we met them) are very welcoming and helpful in any way. There is an oil factory here, we bought the oil of course, delicious. We spent a very relaxing week here exploring the surrounding towns. Wonderful holidays. Greetings to Luca, thank you for your recommendations and explanations.

really pleased with our stay st the Il Grottino. amazing location with a very nice and friendly staff. The accommodation itself was really nice, very good style, very well equipped. we had dinner on the trattoria Il Grottino, ran by the same people, very nice food, really really pleased. we would definitely go back.
