The location is unbelievable, from the room you have a picturesque view of the town of Montepulciano that feels surreal. The owners are incredibly welcoming and have created a serene little slice of paradise, that is filled with all wine you could ever want. I could not recommend this place enough.

The location is right around the corner from where they filmed a popular movie about beauty and the vampire and it was neat to see it in person. The hosts were wonderful! They greeted us with smiles and let us into the room personally. The room fit the four of us comfortably. We came during a very hot day so the air conditioner tried its best to keep the room cool. The room is right over a cafe but it is very well sound insulated so we didn't notice any street noise and we slept well. The bathroom is very clean, lots of towels and toiletry items. If you park on one of the public parking lots it's a hike to the hotel (like most things in these historic villages) but they can also help you park next to their place if you call ahead and ask if there's an available spot.

The host really transformed this experience to be a true 10/10. she helped us organize a few taxis and a wine tour. she even gave us a lift to the train station when no taxis were available. the room was in a superb location. everyone always looked jealous as we exited into the Main Street. the air conditioning worked great and the shower was lovely. we loved staying here and highly recommend.
